What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter: name or company, email, WhatsApp or WeChat number, country, the model you are interested in, quantity and your message. We also record the language version of the site you used.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and clicks on contact buttons. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and proforma invoices, and follow up on your order. To understand which pages help buyers so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
Inquiry details are delivered to our sales team through internal messaging and workflow tools. We share the data needed to ship your order with logistics, inspection and customs providers. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
