Jetour T2 Malaysia Price: What to Expect from the New RHD Rugged SUV
Why there is no single Malaysia price for an imported T2, which factors move it, and how business buyers can get an accurate figure.
By EVtoU Export Team

The price of an imported Jetour T2 RHD in Malaysia depends on four things: the configuration you order, the shipping cost to Port Klang, the duties and taxes applied by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, and your approved permit (AP) and registration route. We quote the vehicle and freight; the import side must be confirmed with Malaysian authorities or a licensed agent.
Which configuration are you pricing?
Malaysian buyers tend to prioritise comfort and technology. The 2027 Jetour T2 RHD 2.0TD offers heated and ventilated front seats with memory, 16 speakers, a panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise and lane keeping. The 2026 Jetour T2 RHD adds a lower-priced 1.5TD option.
What import factors affect the price?
- Approved permits for vehicle imports — overseen by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI)
- Import and excise duties — assessed by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department
- Registration and type approval — handled by the Road Transport Department (JPJ)
- Sea freight and insurance to Port Klang
Engine capacity can affect duty, so price the 1.5TD and 2.0TD separately.
Who imports through us?
Our Malaysian inquiries come from business buyers — traders and companies with an import route already in place. If you are a private buyer, check with JPJ and MITI whether an individual import is possible before requesting a quote.
How to get an accurate figure
- Pick the model year, engine and colour.
- Ask us for CIF Port Klang.
- Give the quote to your licensed agent to calculate duties and registration.
